Anyone charging investors for advice, PMS, research, subscriptions or fund management must be held accountable for underperformance.
You cannot collect fees like a professional and explain losses like an amateur.
If you cannot beat the benchmark over a reasonable period, stop blaming valuations, liquidity, operators, elections, global markets or investor behaviour.
Publish the returns. Compare them with the benchmark. Accept the failure.
As a retail investor, I consistently notice zero IPO allotments whenever @BigshareServ handles the registry, whereas I get reasonable allocations with others like KFintech. Requesting @SEBI_India to audit Bigshare’s lottery processes to ensure complete fairness for retail type.

@darvasboxtrader Bhagavdgeeta Chapter 2, Verses 4 and 5: Brute force and deception—not virtue or capability—will be accepted as the only standard of justice and high position."

@TOIBengaluru@timesofindia When are we able to fine Govt for not giving fixed roads in Bangalore?
If they can fine citizens for not doing job as intended, we can also as well. Democracy is two street otherwise it is dictorship?
@olata222 @BSBommai Bangalore was least traffic during his tenure, whenever there is rain he is used to give WFH, next day atleast some action, post 2024 DKS forced every companies forced returns and SEZ to ignore employee problems now even if body starts falling govt wont care.
@InvestorOfJAMMU Your loss is govt profit due to STT
Also once you make loss, you cannot get refund from salary Income Tax you already paid instead you have to earn same via capital gains in next 8 years like forcing you to keep trading/investing
@DefiantDevii@narendramodi When gas shortage were hit, they could have simply announced WFH, instead they reduced the food in office so that you have to travel 2 hours in bad road under scorching sun just to eat dal and rice. The curse of common people will hit this real estate mafia very hard one day.
@nsitharaman@narendramodi At this point you could do least on DIIs by reducing tax on mutual funds for holding Indian Market till now.
By reducing LTCG or STCG.
