Even though I usually do not fall for the @CRED_club jackpots, but yesterday I just played the friday jackpot without having any hope of getting anything meaningful. But I scored the JACKPOT and it wasn't a small one. It included a Macbook, Ipad, Airpods Max and a TUMI bag worth INR 3.25L.

I filled out the form to receive the items and they took my PAN to pay the TDS on the jackpot. BUT few minutes back I get a call from Cred team that they had to cancel the jackpot because of some technical issue and they crediting back the coins and good will gesture INR 1K cashback.

How is this allowed for such an expensive controller?

How is Microsoft India and their service partner so bad at handling basic in warranty replacements?

I wish I had never sent mine in and continued to use it with a paddle mapped to RB.

And I am expecting no change to this experience with the horrible QC being used which is allowing these non functioning controllers to be sent as replacements instead of sending out of box, new controllers or even tested and working controller.

Plus stick drift, dirt in the seams, scuff marks and some blue smudges.

And now the second controller will be picked up and I will have to wait for my third back to back replacement.

Every replacement controller sent was worse than the one I sent in which only had a RB bumper issue.

The first replacement had a lose LB and non functioning RB with stick drift on left analog.

The second replacement had a non fuctioning LT on the last last trigger stop.

@XboxSupport It is quite unbelievable on how bad the in warranty replacements of xbox hardware is being handled in India.

Two replacements within a span of 10 days for a core elite 2 controller with three weeks left on my warranty and still no working replacement.
