@SwiggyCares @harshamjty - I was told a new parter is assigned and I can still see the same old person assigned. Please empower your customer representatives so that they can handle and manage these kind of queries efficiently instead of liying to the customer....

I was told that delivery partner is not picking up the call and new partner is being assigned. The same excuse was given last time and I was assured that this will not happen again... but no change in swiggy's attitude of dealing with hungry customer. why shud u use swiggy????

@Wooden_street - 1. first you cant deliver stuff on time. If you deliver, parts missing...and now Im waiting for another 1 month's time

There are 2 possibilities: 1. There is genuine issue of missing parts. 2. The guy was carrying extra hinges. When I asked him to install, he said I need to pay for that. So in both the cases WS needs to investigate and find out the patterns. It’s not difficult.

@Wooden_street - I had placed an order with you. first of all my order got delayed by 3 weeks. Installation guy reported missing hinges. When I asked how can the parts be missing he justified by saying this is a regular issues with many orders.

@elicaindia - my elica hobs burners are damaged and it’s more than 3 months I have been raising the requests to replace the burners, but the requests are being closed without any action. Burners are in warranty. Pathetic post sales service .

Apple Care guys kept me on 70 mins long call ystrdy and raised their hands and they cant do it. they acknowledged that the service center should have told me this in adv, but this can happen. I need my phone in a good state back.

@AppleSupport , @tim_cook - gave 12 mini 4 bttry change 2 @iPlanetOfficial . they replaced bttry n damaged scrn of my phone. they are saying in such cases screen can b damaged. Apple Care did not bother 2 tell this in adv. Now they r askng 34K for repair. need my good phone bk.

@iPlanetOfficial I gave my 12 Mini battery change to nexus psn u told wl b replaced 2 hrs. Now u changed battery free of cost for which u asked 9.5K. Why free battery coz you damaged my phone now you r asking 34K for repair bad business need my good phone back and not damaged one
