@AmazonHelp As you suggested, after click only option is to get call. Auto response on call is that item will be collected in next working days but still same status.

@DaikinIndia A.C FTKM50TV16VF bought on 24-07-2021. No cooling on 5 Aug. Complaint No 25064361/6 Aug. Still issue is not resolved bcz spare part is not available. Why do you sale if no spare parts in service center. Please replace this unit ASAP and bear installation cost too.
