Visited ICICI Padra branch to inquire about Sapphiro card, clearly stated no existing relation with bank. Told it's LTF & I'm eligible per income. CIBIL fetched with CKYC creation, now told not eligible for LTF due to no banking account with @ICICIBank. Please resolve.
