Be clear, CNN. Three Indian sailors lost their lives after a US military strike on Ship off the Oman coast. That's the central fact of the story.

Instead of naming the actor, the headline hides behind passive language and abstracts the tragedy into "collateral damage."

Journalism should identify responsibility, not dilute it.
