@DeutscheBank I wish I had received that automated email with account statement. It would have saved so much hassle. My point is, when I raised the request now bank said they will send in four days, today is 7th day and documents has still not come. Not sure what’s your view on that.
@DeutscheBank getting frustrated dealing with Deutsche bank to get my annual account statement for tax purposes which Iam able to get in five minutes from other banks. Today is sixth day of requesting them. Not sure if someone cares for customer experience at DB. Ref SR1107393
