@_anujsinghal Most of salaried class don’t even get chance to catch up with friends/ family even on Diwali. Holiday on Diwali is so inconsistent n driven more by business & less by festival. Many Indian corporates have just 1 day holiday this year, some have holiday on 15 Nov, can u believe it

@_anujsinghal Anuj it’s not just about market holiday. Problem is bigger with Indian corporates acting like they don’t know Indian culture/festivals. I would say their participation in Indian festivals is mere tokenism by distributing some sweets and then expecting employees to work next day
