Extremely disappointed with Jio Care's service. The tracking/complaint number provided by customer support is invalid. Every time I check the status, it says 'Not a valid number'. Stop misleading your customers! @JioCare@reliancejio

It’s been 10 days since I booked my Jio AirFiber , but it still hasn't installed. There is no update or support regarding this. Please look into this urgently and get it installed as soon as possible.

@JioCare The message scheduled the installation for the 29th but nobody showed up nor did anyone call. Salesman doesn't answer calls and speaks very rudely. If company is incapable of providing service, they shouldn't take orders in the first place.
