@explore_web3 Elliot wave count changes with chart pattern. I cant guarantee a breakdown but when a support or resistance is tested multiple time it become weak. 3$ support is possible to break. Breakout is possible above 12$ the gap is big. It needs a bull cycle in crypto as a whole to happen

@AkshayNarisetti but are you sure EEPROM is used in EVM, other kinds of ROM also exist that can't be reprogrammed. Looking at the population of Bharat I don't think a ballot is a feasible option.
