Can someone with GCSE marking experience explain: my daughter's school has marked down her response "keep feet dry" because the marks scheme required "dry your feet"?! Has this country given up on active & passive voices? #GCSE#grammar
@BillJBaker@Nature @KewScience Amazing work! You've set an example of what collaboration can achieve by sharing your work & allowing access to data. Beautiful tree of evolution too!
@carey_davies Sadly, this was the reason I had to return without visiting my local nature reserve for this year's woodland specialities. Cheshire clay is on another level.
@botany_beck@BSBIbotany Hi @botany_beck, I'd really like to see this plant. Never seen it before. Do you mind telling me how to reach the place? May be I can catch it before the season goes. Can you DM me, please? Thanks
@Vemsteroo You've captured this February light perfectly. We had a similar 20 minutes of sublime evening light in Manchester yesterday with everything near the ground in shade & the treetops on "fire"
@SarahBox11 @omeraziz001 Congratulations @omeraziz001 but strangely ironic to be awarded with this particular eponymous certificate. All the best to you.
@teachplaygrub This is so good, I just stumbled across your post. Keep up the entertaining education, it's a great way to catch up with anatomy & help teach my students too. Thanks.
@SajadAlipour98 Thank you for showing us the wonders of Iran. You have such stunning flora & you've been a great guide & photographer. We look forward to meet more beauties.
@SajadAlipour98 Thank you for introducing us to the fabulous Flora of Iran. If you're ever planning a field trip to take us around to show these delights, I'll be first in line. Let me know.
