@LGIndia Ten days have passed, but LG India hasn't resolved the damaged product. Even the damage itself was discovered by the installation representative after opening the package. In future, I'll need to escalate the issue to Consumer Affairs.

@LGIndia No tangible progress. Defective refrigerator still remains @ my home-7 days. Is this LG's std service lvl & processing time. I'm deeply frustrated by the response time. As a loyal customer who has consistently recommended ur products, my level of dissatisfaction now escalating.

@arivomkadaioffi Suggest height increase for queen size wooden bed. 3inch height x 3inch width x 6 inch length or similar size. any material, but it has to withstand the load.
