One 'should know' about these examinations,their hierarchy, their difficulty levels to decide correctly about future career options based on one's 'own capabilities'.

'Service Conditions' should also be read carefully to avoid crying over spilt milk later.

UPSC conducts 50 odd exams nd this way anarchy wil come if al claim similar career avenues. Better he sit fr civil services exam

So seniority should be judged only on the basis of number of years in service.
