Last month, I made a double payment of ₹1650 — one for the previous month and one for the next bill cycle. So why has a bill been generated again for the same month that I already paid for?
@JioCare Hi, I checked my account and can clearly see that an add-on service was added by you. Please remove this add-on from my account and immediately refund any amount debited due to this service. Since I have unlimited internet, why was an add-on added?

That would mean 26th Feb to 25th March is the due month,+1 additional month extending till 25th Apr.If this is correct, then why is the billing cycle mentioned only from Feb to Mar?
