I am using Airtel fiber in Gurgaon ( Haryana) since last 8 years and was very much pleased with its service and support. But since last one year, Airtel service has disappointed me quite many times.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_wifi @AirtelWiFi143 2. I had no option but to use Airtel Air Fibre. Now recently Airtel laid down it's Fibre cable in my society and they started issuing new connection. But they aren't doing anything about existing Air Fibres customers

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_wifi @AirtelWiFi143 1. May 2025, i shifted to new society in Gurgaon and i requested Airtel to shift my connection to the new society. Airtel took almost a month( that too after multiple follow-up) that they don't have infra there.

@myvoltas 2 - SR number is 25061602538. I was told by the customer care within 24 hrs, the technician will call me but it has been more than 36 hrs and no one reached me. Pls look into this urgently.

Today technician visited my place and he confirmed the gas leakage again from ac. Now this is the second time it happened within 2 days. He said that pressure pump will be applied on both sides to find out where is the leakage. My question is if a faulty product

@myvoltas Voltas technician visited and the fixed the cooling issue by top up of the gas. But after a day, same issue is still occurring. A faulty product has been sold to me. Please replace it

1-Hi. I purchased a Voltas 2 Ton split inverter AC from Flipkart in the last week of May 2025. Voltas technician installed it in my house and it was working fine on the day it was installed. By after that day., it's not cooling any more. I have raised service request.
