I gifted a Google Pixel 7a to my younger brother, and today while checking the device settings, I was completely shocked.

The phone shows: ❌ Device Out of Warranty
❌ Warranty Expired: Feb 10, 2025

This device was purchased from Amazon, and I never expected to see an already expired warranty on a phone bought as new.

As a customer, this is extremely disappointing and raises serious questions.

Very happy to report the presence of natural gas in Sri Vijayapuram-3 an exploratory well drilled by Oil India Ltd. 15 km off the east coast of the Andaman Islands at a water depth of 355 meters.
Initial production testing of the well at the depth of 1900 plus meters in the Eocene formation has established the presence of natural gas through continuous flaring.
Oil India is carrying out gas sampling to assess the composition & calorific value of gas and to carry out isotope studies to understand the genesis of the gas.
Under the Samudra Manthan Mission (National Deep Water Exploration Mission) announced by Hon’ble PM @narendramodi Ji on Independence Day 2025, large number of deepwater & Ultra deepwater exploration wells are planned in our offshore basins to fully exploit our hydrocarbon reserves.
Presence of hydrocarbon is now reported in 2(Two) wells out of 3 (Three) exploratory wells drilled by OIL in current exploratory campaign off Andaman Basin.
This presence of natural gas will help us in taking forward our exploration ambitions in coordination with global deepwater exploration experts like @petrobras, @TotalEnergies, @bp_india, @Shell, @exxonmobil and will be a significant milestone in our journey through Amrit Kaal!

His father drove a tractor to feed the family. Today, he's helping India reach the stars.

Growing up in a small farming family, Anand Megalingam walked nearly 6 km every day just to attend school.

There wasn't much money. There weren't many opportunities.
At one point, he even dropped out of college. For many, that would have been the end of the dream.

For Anand, it became the beginning.

He switched to Aeronautical Engineering, graduated as a Gold Medallist, and went on to build Space Zone India, a startup working on reusable rocket technology.

The same young man who once faced rejection, including a denied US visa, is now earning international recognition through NASA-linked aerospace programmes and pioneering missions like RHUMI-1.

His story is a reminder that success doesn't always start with the best resources.

Sometimes, it starts with a long walk to school, a setback that refuses to break you, and the courage to keep going when nobody is watching.

🚨BREAKING: Nvidia will pay you $1,000 a month to host a mini AI data center at your house.

It looks like a regular AC unit sitting in your yard. Nobody walking past would know what is inside.

Inside sits 16 Nvidia Blackwell GPUs and Dell servers running at full capacity.

A startup called Span builds and installs them. They are backed by Nvidia directly. The whole unit bolts onto your home and you get paid for the power and Wi-Fi you supply.

Some estimates put the monthly payout around $1,000. That is rent money just for hosting a box you never touch.

Span says the units deploy significantly faster and cheaper than traditional data centers. That is exactly why Nvidia is backing the suburban rollout instead of waiting for more commercial land.

The AI boom needed more compute. It found it in the suburbs.

A man just used Claude to find his late father's ancestral land in rural India.

Here's how it actually pulled it off, step by step.

It searched the government land records by typing his father's name in Hindi on an onscreen keyboard, and found every plot his father owned or co-owned.

It took the plot numbers (Gata Sankhya) to a government mapping site and pulled up the rough geometry of each one.

Then it noticed something nobody pointed out: the coordinates on the map were UTM, not the standard lat/long Google Maps uses.

So it suggested building a shift-click tool to capture the polygon corners across all 25 plots. Then it converted every UTM coordinate to lat/long itself.

It generated a single KML file with all 25 plot boundaries and uploaded it straight to Google My Maps.

The result: accurate, navigable outlines of his family's land. Something he can finally drive to.

AI just did one of those. For a man trying to find his way back to his father's land.
