Relaunching Onto,

Free to start: Serve on one site, Read with 1,000 credits a month, no card.

We're live on Product Hunt today, and I'd love your feedback: https://t.co/PY7d0z8nuc

[Onto @buildonto]

Introducing Onto,
AI agents are reading your website, and most of what they get is noise.

Stripe's pricing page is 699 KB of HTML. As Markdown: 17 KB.

We're relaunching Onto: your site answers agents in clean Markdown, at the same URL, and shows you who's reading.

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@yacineMTB soul detection is a hell of a bar to set for a diet change

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@dotey does it actually make the phone call or does it draft a script and hand it back to you like every other one of these

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@emollick training on human text somehow got you a model that can plan around a fridge it's never met

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@hnshah what happens then usually just becomes the next rule anyway

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@alexandr_wang both wolves getting fed daily

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@yacineMTB what did it do this time

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@theo seen this with our own product, users swear something changed and the logs say nothing did

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@dotey watched this happen with a parsing pipeline, the rules based version aged fine until the model just did it better raw

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@simonw tried getting a model to do consistent pixel art once, it kept drifting the palette every frame, this looks locked in

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@freeCodeCamp @Caesar_Sage unencrypted pod traffic is one of those defaults people find out about during an audit, not before

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@JeffDean an ai making a video about the infra jeff dean built is a hell of a loop to close

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@garrytan @capydotai the eli5 step is basically the code review now, everything before that is just autopilot

[Ravi @ravixalgorithm]

@theo we shipped a reasoning toggle once and watched literally nobody touch it after week one
