Went to @altontowers on Tues.. only got on 3 rides 🙃 good effort from staff doing their cleaning in intervals. Masks are only mandatory on rides 🤔 Fast track isn't available sooo all in all I would say wait to go later. Felt like wasted money🤷‍♀️ but missed the adrenaline rush

@ATOLprotected I've been advised to go through yourselves regarding a refund from Virgin Holidays by my bank before they attempt to process a chargeback? I can't find contact emails/phone number or the claim form anywhere on your website 🤦‍♀️ I have also sent a DM with details.
