@TataCompanies@cromaretail My Window Croma AC still has not been serviced after lodging multiple complaints since April 20th 2026. This is extremely disappointing from House of Tatas and raises serious questions about the integrity of Tata group.
@cromaretail Despite multiple complaints to repair my croma window 1.5 ton AC, it is yet to be serviced even after one month. After sales service in Croma is a scam. Last complaint was lodged on 13th May and still repair has not been done.
This is daylight robbery by Croma and won't hesitate to drag you to the consumer court for unfair sales strategy. My Ac has been not been repaired despite multiple complaints since 20th April.
@cromaretail I purchased window croma Ac along with this maintenance plan in April 2024. I was told that my AC will be covered after expiry of one year warranty plan for next 4 years till April 2029. Now my Ac is not working and I have been asked to pay for PCB and gas charges
#croma still waiting for the technician to attend my service request despite multiple service id being generated by your team why dont u assisn the complaint to a dedicated service center from Ghaziabad. It has been a dreadful experience
@cromaretail The error is E6 which is reacted to PCB. I have lodged multiple complaints since 20th April and have called the call center several times but the fault is yet to rectified. I made a huge mistake by buying a croma product. Please attend to my complaint ASAP.
@cromaretail I purchased a croma window AC from Pacific mall outlet in Ghaziabad along with zipcare 4 year unlimited maintenance plan on 4/4/2024. The Ac is not cooling and first complaint was lodged on 20th April 2026 but technician said it is out of warranty.
This needs to be said: We are at Jim Corbett and apparently there is no restriction on loud music till 10:30pm in the night. The roads are full of cars speeding around, at least 30 jeeps plying in one area of the forest, you can see brunt land on both sides and massive tree felling.
So guilty of attending a family wedding here, I cannot say. There’s one I skipped because I didn’t want to be a party to destroying the habitat of animals. But why is Uttarakhand government allowing weddings in a forest reserve? I know my tweet will have zero reaction but

DELHI IS A MASK!
Chennai is early morning music, Goa the sea breeze, Kochi the fishing nets in the sunrise.
Delhi is a mask.
Bengaluru is a park, Dehradun a steaming cup of chai, Kolkata is fresh puja flowers.
Delhi is a mask.
Indore is poha jalebi, Bhopal an azan, Darjeeling a delicious Momo. Oh, better to be anywhere than Delhi with a mask.

The visuals of floods in hills of Himachal Pradesh and Uttrakhand, as shown in electronic and social media are very disturbing; even if we discount for a certain degree of sensationalization and misreporting.
Five things come out very clearly from these visuals:
(1) Mother Nature is seriously annoyed and willing to punish her children for their misdeeds.
(2) Nothing has been learned from the 2013 floods (more than a decade ago) that totally destroyed the vicinity of Baba Kedarnath Temple and killed many.
(3) Unmindful construction and widening of roads in Uttrakhand and Himachal will have more negatives than positives. Moreover, the negative impact will be felt by millions living outside these states in the form of floods, drought, water scarcity, extreme cold and hot weather etc.
(4) Despite all the advancements in technology and space research, long term (3-4 months) weather forecasting still remains seriously inadequate.
(5) The concerns for the rapid destruction of hills' ecology are drowning in the deluge of Nationalism vs Liberalism debate. All expressions of concern are being disdainfully rejected as conspiracy of liberals and foreign funded NGOs to slow down growth of Indian economy.
Penning down all my feelings about the Anderson-Tendulkar trophy, before they evaporate.
There’s definitely a power up there, that makes stories so incredible.
These scripts can’t be written by man!
A series named after the greatest cricketers produced by the two respective nations, produces a spectacle that befits their skill, talent, legend and fight!
5 matches with each match going down to the last day. No team giving a single inch to the other. A truly deserved 2-2 at the end.
Team India, led by Shubman Gill in absence of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, was under severe skepticism right from the start. Bumrah’s unavailability for 2 games, Gambhir’s questionable record in Tests and the exclusion of Shreyas Iyer were all casting long shadows of doubt.
I’ve often maintained, inexperience and immaturity are not the same things. The heart shown by this young team aided by supreme individual performances makes this the greatest series draw ever.
Shubman’s sublime batting, KL’s class and Yashasvi’s fearlessness were all writ large throughout. There were episodes of brilliance from Akash, Washington, Sai, Karun and others as well.
But from the Indian team, 3 individual performances have to be lauded separately, Rishab Pant’s theatrics, his courage and unpredictability stood out for me. Ravindra Jadeja’s calm and invaluable 360 degree contribution will go down as the best all-round performance in recent memory. And, finally, Mohd Siraj! The man evokes patriotism, energy and passion from every cell of his being. The man has become gigantic after this series, only to accommodate the sheer size of his heart.
Team England was no less either. Right from Root’s recording smashing runs to Ben Stokes’ all-round awesomeness. Brooks, Ducket, Crawley, Tongue, Archer all of them bared their souls out.
For Rishab Pant who walked in with a broken toe, we had Woakes walk with a broken shoulder. For a high tension loss in Lords for India, there was an equally high tension loss for England at the Oval.
Yes, the teams won 2 games each, but even the game that was a Draw had among the most thrilling displays of cricketing resilience ever.
To add spunk to the highest quality ingredients, there was a lot of spice and fire being thrown from both the camps. Right from Shubman asking England to grow a pair to Stokes teasing Jadeja and Washington about their well deserved hundreds. If that wasn’t enough, even the coach and curator added to the drama between the games.
Think of the cultural perspective as well. It’s really a merger of equals. The score-line reflects that.
England started Cricket, but India now runs it.
England colonized and ruled India, yet, many years later, Indians own the most valuable pieces of real estate in London. Chicken Tikka Masala is UK’s national dish, while Indians form the largest English speaking population in the world.
India’s GDP crossed that of UK last year and we recently signed a historic Free Trade Agreement with them too. What a moment in time.
I write all this, not for you to read, but for me to preserve how I feel. Because years later, the scoreline will just reflect a 2-2 draw.
But, only those who went through this collectively would know that like most instances in life, numbers can never capture what all of us went through over 25 days of this most beautiful experience called - Test Cricket.
India ended the series with 3809 runs. Only one side has aggregated more runs in a Test series - Australia, 3877 in a 6-match series, also against England in England in 1989.
The 28 fifty-plus scores by India are the most by any side in a Test series.
