On the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, I extend my warm congratulations to President @realDonaldTrump and the people of the United States.

America’s enduring lesson is that liberty requires more than power. It requires a Constitution, institutions, federal balance, and the consent of free people.

As the Kurdistan Region and Iraq look to a stronger partnership with the United States, we believe the same principle remains essential for Iraq’s future: stability must rest on constitutional commitments, federalism, and the full protection of the rights and status of the Kurdistan Region within the Iraqi Constitution.

We remain grateful for America’s friendship and leadership, and its continued support to the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.

We exchanged views on the latest developments in Syria and the region, emphasizing dialogue, coordination, and joint efforts to preserve stability, enhance security, and support peaceful solutions.

هيواى گه‌ڕانه‌وه‌يه‌كى سه‌لامه‌ت بۆ حاجیانی خۆشەویستى كوردستان ده‌خوازم، خوای مەزن حەجى هەمووان قبووڵ بکات و جه‌ژنيان پيرۆز بێت. لەم بۆنە پیرۆزەدا، با چەمک و واتا قووڵەکانی جەژن لە لێبوردەیی، گەردنئازادی، پێكهاتنه‌وه‌ بکەینە دەرفەتێک بۆ نوێکردنەوەی پەیوەندییەکانمان و کردنەوەی لاپەڕەیەکی نوێ لە نيازپاكى، تەبایی و خۆشه‌ويستى لە ژیان و كاری ڕۆژانه‌ماندا.

جەژنی قوربان لە هەمووان پیرۆز بێت، هەموو ساڵێک بە خۆشی.

إن الدستور الدائم للعراق هو ثمرة تعاون حقيقي بين إقليم كوردستان وجميع القوى السياسية العراقية. ولولا دعم وتصويت الكورد، لما تم إقرار هذا الدستور أبداً. كما أن السادة الذين يتصدرون اليوم هرم السلطة في بغداد كانوا شركاءنا الأساسيين في صياغة هذا الدستور. لكن ما يجري اليوم في البرلمان هو محاولة لفرض القرارات عبر “الأغلبية البرلمانية”. وهذا النوع من الأغلبية لا يمثل المصالح العليا للعراق كدولة متعددة القوميات والأديان.

یادی 128 ساڵەی دەرچوونی ڕۆژنامەی (کوردستان) لەلایەن میر میقداد میدحەت بەدرخانەوە و 28 ساڵەی دامەزراندنی سەندیکای ڕۆژنامەنووسانی کوردستان، بە گەرمی لە هەموو ڕۆژنامەنووسان و میدیاکارانی کوردستان پیرۆز دەکەم و هیوای سەرکەوتنیان بۆ دەخوازم.

لەم بۆنەیەدا، جارێکی دیکە جەخت لە پابەندیی نەگۆڕمان بە پاراستنی ئازادیی ڕۆژنامەگەری و ڕادەربڕین دەکەینەوە وەک بنەمایەکی سەرەکیی دیموکراسی و کۆمەڵگه‌یه‌کی مه‌ده‌نیی پێشکەوتوو.

بەردەوام دەبین لە کارکردن بۆ فەراهەمکردنی ژینگەیەکی گونجاو و دوور لە هەر کۆتوبەندێک بۆ کاری میدیایی، بە جۆرێک کە مافی دەستگەیشتن بە زانیاری مسۆگەر بێت و پارێزبەندیی پیشەیی بۆ ڕۆژنامەنووسان دابین بکات.

ڕۆژنامەگەریی ئازاد و بوێر، هاوبەشێکی کاریگەری بنیاتنانی حکومڕانییەکی باش و دادپەروەره‌، بۆیە داوا لە ڕۆژنامەنووسان دەکەم بەوپه‌ڕی ڕاستگۆیی و پیشەگه‌رانە، بەرژەوەندیی گشتی و ئاشتیی کۆمەڵایەتی بپارێزن و ڕۆڵی خۆیان لە چەسپاندنی کولتووری پێکەوەژیان، یه‌کترقبووڵکردن و لێبوردەییدا بگێڕن و بره‌و به‌ گیانی نیشتمانپه‌روه‌ری و خۆشه‌ویستیی وڵات بده‌ن.

سڵاو لە یاد و گیانی شەهیدانی ڕۆژنامەگەری و هەموو ئەو پێشەنگانەی تەمەنی خۆیان بۆ خزمەتی وشەی ئازاد تەرخان کرد.
