A wee apprecation post for our Traffic Scotland control room colleagues!👏
Working tirelessly with police, operating companies, the Met Office and other partners during times like these to keep the network moving and everyone informed. Thanks all for your patience☺️

The New Zealand government is pulling back on protecting Māori rights, sparking protests from indigenous lawmakers who oppose the decision with their traditional “haka” chant.
This is powerful.

When discussing the allegations against Alex Salmond - which must be remembered as part of his legacy - it’s worth remembering that they weren’t just ‘sexual harassment’ but charges of attempted rape and sexual assault. He was cleared, of course. https://t.co/FQ5cbyh9Zv
There was something a feminist tweeted on here years ago that shook me to my core and then radicalized me.
She said you have to accept that you might not get married. You have to accept that you might be “lonely” forever because of your politics.
I paraphrased, but I remember she was piled on. Initially I was angry, but then I sat with it and I agree with her.
Most cishet feminists are yet to accept the reality that most of these men are too far gone. We are willing to compromise and bend our politics so we can have our fairytale wedding and marriage. It’s still androcentrism, this incessant, almost begging need for love and marriage.
I understand that it’s indoctrination, but when you see it from that lens, you begin to understand why choice feminists move the way they do.
It’s because they’re willing to sacrifice radicalism for a big enough ring, and a benevolent enough man. That’s literally what it is.
