@airvistara your employee 2679 at delhi t3 check in counter is the worst behaved, most rude person, have ever come across. He denied me issuing a physical boarding pass for my records, though he is obliged to give me one. Pls counsel staff, they ruin the entire day.
@airvistara @JM_Scindia as per DGCA rules, if more than 2 hrs flight delay, then airline should at least provide basic refreshment etc, but no one is bothered here.

@airvistara You are making a fool of passengers. Not telling them truth. When airport has clearly said no operations for both arrival n departure till 11pm today, then, why are you not updating us and accomodating in alternate flights.
