Some days I really do get to do some lovely things. This morning it was my pleasure to visit my friend Dr Sally Pearse @SHUEarlyYears, @savethechildren and the team at Meadows Nursery, and most importantly meet some of their beautiful, brilliant kids.
🙌 Huge thanks to the amazing parents and grandparents for joining us in Parliament to stand up for families ❤️
Together, we're making sure children are put first during the #CostOfLivingCrisis and action is taken 👏
Let's keep pushing for a brighter future for all children 🌟
Join us next week as we call on the council to stand by their commitments as a City of Sanctuary.
We will come together in support of the motion "Reaffirming Sheffield as a City of Sanctuary" that will create action for people seeking sanctuary in Sheffield.
Spread the word!
New figures from @EndChildPoverty show 37% of children and young people in Greater Manchester are living in poverty, the equivalent of a staggering 11 children in a classroom of 30.

@TillyLovesBooks Royal Festival Hall or the Barbican. I'd probably go for the Barbican. One of the most amazing public spaces that London has to offer. Needs to be constantly appreciated and celebrated
