@ttorres @jboogie The interesting thing about all these visualizations with people climbing mountains: They suggest that the most difficult thing is to reach the summit. The truth is, that it's at least as difficult to get back home safely. So "referrals" should be when reaching the base again.

@timoken Das ist lobenswert. Wenn ich mir in Erinnerung rufe, wie sehr sich meine Tochter darüber gefreut hat ihre Lehrerin endlich mal wieder zu sehen (zumindest per Video), ist das aber eine andere Ebene. Mal schauen, was das tolle Tool in NRW so kann.

@timoken @sigismundf @johncutlefish We shouldn't completely ban comparing teams. But we need to ensure that the reason of comparing is to learn from each other and should based on the created value. And this value could be "cleaning up code", so that others can work effectively. Who takes more care of the org?

@timoken Leider werden sie dafür dann teilweise sogar bestraft. Lehrer, die z.B. in Eigeninitiative Teams Calls mit den Schülern auf die Beine stellen, werden dann wegen Datenschutzverletzung von Eltern verklagt. Kannste dir nicht ausmalen.
