@LenovoThinkPad But I wouldn’t accept a part replacement again as there’s definitely something wrong with the whole laptop as a whole, never ever have I ever used such a laptop from lenovo, everything on this laptop has already been replaced and it still has the same issues,this is unacceptable

Spent ₹1.2 lakh, issues unresolved. Moving to the US Thursday, demand a replacement or suitable upgrade immediately. Technician rude, service center 25 km away from my address.

@Lenovo_in there hasn't been a single update and my warranty is about to end, would like being updated about the transportation of parts and estimated repair date.
Really don't wanna expect this from a multi million dollar company tbh, paid 1,00,000+ RS to get this service 👍

wow, what a response from @Lencare_In, my order was created and cancelled for a white spot on screen, having adp and warranty both, called so many times, so many checks and this happens, such a great support team for a laptop who's internals have already been changed once. 👏
