@secondtierpod This is because the EFL rulebook isn't fit for purpose. They write a rule without thinking about the consequences and no limit to the range of punishment. Of course it doesn't excuse the stupid analyst who should know better.

@maxrostron @thomasforth As someone who lives in Oxfordshire, I can tell you that must of the house building is happening around Oxford and not in Oxford and so wouldn't show in your analysis. So look at towns like Didcot, Bicester, etc.

@AlfieHouseEcho You need to look at it the other way round, which premier league club are they going to replace? And given that probably 10 teams will never be relegated then that leaves only 7 clubs to choose from. Unless you get lucky the odds are stacked against you before you even start.
