lol, this is a great idea. I considered taking the real estate path but when compared with Strategy preferreds it’s just a no brainer IMO. No tenants , yes please. I come from being a business owner for 25 years (recently sold) and I can’t find even many businesses that are as compelling.

@hxxntrr That’s why I went with a relatively unknown brand called Jersey Mike’s Subs 24 years ago. Ended up with 17 locations and sold all of them this year after Blackstone bought out the founder (who btw is an absolute amazing human being IMO).

Actually the experience using it (while I still had tokens left) was great. I signed up, used it for about 4 hours, kicked off a couple projects for it to work on, went out for the night, went to sleep, woke up the next morning and used Grok @Bot for about 20 mins before I got the limit cap warning. Not sure if the Bots were running wild in the background all night but I wasn’t doing anything that I haven’t done in Codex or Claude previously without burning through the cap.

@TheKidBuilds @Lilia__ve @bot The $100 plan launched right after I enrolled in the $300 Grok Super Heavy plan. Of course if $300 only got me less than 24 hrs I’m assuming $100 plan would get me somewhere around 4 hours of usage. I’m not super excited to throw more money at this 😆

@congressdj I literally signed up yesterday for @bot and ran into a usage limit not even 24 hrs later. This is unworkable if these limits remain in place.
