The gap between visualisation and actualization for mass development always seems to be an issue in our country. It is so odd because we have so much entrepreneurs, business people, hustlers, and brilliant people in all fields i.e. many doers...
but on a mass level we just don't

I have never seen a vision for Kingston articulated and visualised.

Haphazard development with no long-term plan seems the norm even though I keep hearing this is not true and planners exist but don't get listened to.

A master plan that includes the following and more would be very welcome:

- walkability
- green space
- improved public transit
- proper drainage
- affordable housing
- distinct zones/areas (Entertainment district for example)

Other cities have done it and we can learn from so many. Very sad
