@TAKEALOT @TheNCC_RSA I have an entire thread going for months with you , you have all the details. You can’t block people from returning items under warranty that are faulty, this is illegal,I hope future people see this and rather move to @AmazonKSA @amazon

@TAKEALOT after two months and speaking to a new customer service agent weekly,I have no resolution, please be aware takealot can block you from returning items that don’t work under warranty with zero abuse on the item which goes against the consumer protection act @TheNCC_RSA

@ortundg_ @TAKEALOT wait until they deactivate your account for logging returns of faulty items and customer service agents just pass you around with generic responses for a month, yes be aware Takealot can just lock anyone out of their account as they wish .

@TAKEALOT At this point Im thinking I will move my business to @amazon after this incident, refund me all my faulty items all my Takealot more subscriptions that you credited due to not being able to honour delivery times and let me return everything under warranty and go elsewhere.

@TAKEALOT I have easily spent over R100 000+pull my invoices and see, yet you deactivate my account for returns totalling under R3000,which don't work and I get credit and replacement emails because they faulty, but i cant track anything because I'm under investigation now.
