This is a tricky situation. The second toe here is the most painful toe. My 90 year old patient has two options. An extensive bunion and 2nd toe correction or a simpler amputation of the second toe. In certain very selective cases this is an excellent option. #foot #surgery

Are you really wearing the right #shoes? The best way to check is to place your foot on the top of your shoe. If you can see parts of the shoe beyond the inner and the outer border of your foot then your footwear passes the test. If not! consider changing ! #foot #footwear
