@LKoennel The shortage is exasperated by not recognizing how hard the job is and that 98% of teachers are working as hard as they can. People don’t stay for money, they stay when they are appreciated and treated with kindness from their bosses. Bring joy back to schools!!
@JulieCares1 Interesting that the author of the editorial said that unless you’ve delivered a baby you shouldn’t call yourself doctor. That eliminates just about everyone in the medical field, too.
