@TatooineSons Exactly. Cutting himself off from the Force is the only way to explain how he didn’t know Han was in danger & come running to help like in ESB. Something personally traumatic had to happen to cause him to doubt himself enough to cut himself off from the Force & stop training Jedi
@HilltopHorror@jtimsuggs I can suspend disbelief & ignore “real”science (X-Wings zipping around like fighter jets while in the vacuum of space), but stories should adhere to the established in-universe “science.” The Holdo Maneuver is more accurate to established SW cannon than hyperspace skipping is.
@jtimsuggs Except that it make no sense. “"Traveling through hyperspace ain't like dusting crops, boy! Without precise calculations we could fly right through a star or bounce too close to a supernova, and that'd end your trip real quick, wouldn't it?"
@jtimsuggs I love the music (why this cue wasn’t on the soundtrack is beyond me) and visual but it makes zero sense after already establishing throughout the film how difficult the route is even with a sith gps guiding you.
@AlfonsoNation The CGI would’ve been even more impressive if they hadn’t over complicated the robots’ designs to the point where half the time you couldn’t tell what part of the Transformer you were looking at.
Government forces entering citizens’ homes without a warrant, snatching people off the streets without probable cause, & executing someone who was legally carrying a licensed, holstered firearm… Time for those “well regulated militias” to finally stand up, right? Right? Hello?
