Awful experience on @AmericanAir yesterday. I paid extra for a specific seat, a man was sitting in it, and instead of helping me fix the problem, the flight attendant told me the whole flight was waiting on me and I just had to start asking people if they had an extra seat. Sad.

I am so sad about my experience with @Hertz- I was quoted $104 for a rental and ended up paying over $300 because I was not given price information about the company insurance policy that I was charged for even though I have my own insurance. I am not one to complain but gosh.
