@HMRCcustomers hi I claimed back £100 from a penalty I paid from my PTA on 4th June and still haven’t had it back in my account? Should it take this long?
@HMRCcustomers I stopped in 2023. I submitted my final tax return Tax year ending 05 Apr 2024 as my final one and you’ve been charging me hundreds in penalties ever since even though I have confirmation on my phone to say you would cancel penalties and confirmed I was no longer SEmployed
@HMRCcustomers hello. I stopped being self employed after my last self assessment Tax year ending 05 Apr 2024. You keep sending me penalty charges! I have not worked since this last SA and you’re asking me to submit a SA even though there isn’t one to file
@HMRCcustomers hi I need some assistance. I’m not self employed anymore and confirmed myself as not self employed after submitting my last SA. I’ve been fined for not submitting this years SA, I appealed and HMRC text to say it would be cancelled but it’s still showing as owed
@HastingsDirect I have car insurance via peoples choice, I have bought a new car and the insurance quote is too high. I have shopped around and can get it cheaper elsewhere, is there anything you can do to match quotes?
@HMRCcustomers No nothing. Not heard anything back since I submitted the form. Didn’t show as an error it landed on a thank you page so assumed it went thru ok!
@HMRCcustomers@HMRCgovuk I filed to stop being self employed after I submitted my last tax return but I still haven’t had any sort of confirmation. Each time I’ve asked, I’ve just been told to be patient. but I’m still being asked to submit this years return but I’m not SE now
@HMRCcustomers Hello! Yes I did on a couple of occasions right after I submitted my last return. whenever I asked I was just told continuously “be patient”
This is totally unacceptable. It’s a good job they have a video doorbell as proof because I bet no one at Amazon would believe us. I expect nothing will even happen cos nothing ever does but this needs sorting out!!! It could have been stolen or the rain could have ruined it
@AmazonHelp@AmazonUK your drivers are getting worse!!! Last night my dad had my daughter’s birthday present delivered. App said “handed to resident” and 7:30pm however this wasn’t the case. It was left at the bottom of their drive overnight - soaking wet the box battered!!
Only ever offered a refund. But what if you just want the food delivering that you paid for and wanted in the first place? Earlestown McDonald’s has previous for this but obviously McDonald’s don’t care, just refund and move on. Shocking
@McDonaldsUK mcdelivery and the app in general is the worst! Food ordered, some missing and absolutely nothing you can do about it. Uber eats can’t help and the store never answers its phone. Why can’t a company as big as McDonald’s deal with this properly? Always such a let down
