Baseball season is ramping up. That doesn't mean stop training the general aspects of sport like strength, power or speed.
Physical literacy is a lifelong journey and for middle/high school athletes it's the most important time as puberty is at its peak.
Be smart and plan
I'm gonna be hard on you.
I'm gonna expect greatness
I set the bar high because I know what is capable
If I don't know something I'll go find out or refer out
I know who I am
I know what I bring to the table
Can you commit to yourself?
I will not give up my values and/or integrity to make a sale or get more clients. The value I bring is that you will have a lifelong friend and coach who will support you and do what is necessary for you to succeed.
So you will never see me create gimmicky reels or bullshit
Summer is starting to wind down. That doesn't mean your training does either. Don't wait till 2 months before your season to get after it in the gym.
Taking care of your body is an everyday goal. Consistency and proper scheduling can help you stay healthy and strong all year.
