imo, we're still on a bullish path.
but after such a strong move up, a pullback is necessary to take liquidity and build momentum for the next leg higher.
i think we'll soon be testing new highs around the $140 to $147 zone.
still very bullish on the solana ecosystem and its growth.
Taking a moment to reintroduce myself to the space as I take a step towards a new direction in my life.
In 2021, during COVID, I stumbled into the world of Web3.
What started as curiosity quickly became something much bigger. It completely changed the direction of my career, taking me from the structured world of corporate life into the spontaneous, unpredictable and sometimes chaotic world of CT.
But I didn’t just sit around waiting for an opportunity to find me.
I went looking for them.
I created them.
I started from essentially zero.
Quite literally zero.
With no established network, no clear roadmap and no idea where this would eventually take me. Along the way, I found opportunities, built relationships, gained experiences and learned things about myself that I probably wouldn’t have discovered otherwise.
And, honestly, I achieved more than I ever thought I was capable of.
But the space changes.
People change.
And eventually, you change too.
After several years of moving forward, building, adapting and chasing the next opportunity, I’ve reached a point where I think it’s important to pause and ask myself some harder questions.
So, I recently decided to step down from my current role as Head of Operations and give myself some time to genuinely think about what comes next.
Not because I’ve given up.
Not because I’ve lost ambition.
But because sometimes moving forward means having the courage to stop for a moment and ask yourself whether you’re still moving in the right direction.
Is the next chapter about money?
Is it about growth?
Finding a professional team full of A-players to work with?
Is it about building something of my own?
Is it about finding more meaning in what I do?
Or, for once, is it okay to choose a little more comfort and balance?
I don’t have all the answers yet.
And I’m learning to be okay with that.
What I do know is that I’m proud of how far I’ve come, from discovering Web3 during a global pandemic to building a completely different career and meeting some incredible people along the way.
Now I’m giving myself the space to figure out where I want to take it next.
Sometimes the biggest career move isn’t taking another opportunity.
It’s taking a step back, looking at everything you’ve built, and deciding what is actually worth building next.
