overate but i had binge urges and i won against them so thats a win ๐
@avasorawr i normally do sedentary + energy burnt from steps just to be safe ( about 1900 ) but some people are saying that the multiplier is relatively accurate ( around 2200 ) which gets me really confused ๐
i forgot to take a picture of it but it was greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and dried oregano mixed together !! the garlic powder was the star player here !!
why is it so impossible to achieve tje body i ever want like i used to dream of being tall but my fucking genes says no so i gave up and now its like impossible to look skinny being short
