@Postvox Frustrated with multiple lost packages sent standard post. Customer service say to send it tracked! Surely your standard service should be fit for purpose and not be losing post sent within the country
@ZARA Hi, I recently returned an item using the drop off service. I can see on the app that it was delivered to you September 7 but I’ve no email confirmation of same. I’m concerned about this as usually you process returns quickly
@Postvox it seems quite unfair that parcels lost during standard post receive no investigation/ support. Posted a parcel within Dublin 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. I’m told it’s my fault for not registering it but surely your service should be fit for purpose!

@AskAIB ATM in Dun Laoghaire ate €100 lodgement at 8pm. Did not credit account, did not return cash but did return card. Machine then displayed out of service message. Please respond
