@Assots - Received a Willow handbag in the post today - purchased online from Debenhams , sent direct from Assots. Surprised with the poor packaging with no bubble wrap protection - just a unpadded plastic mail bag. The bag has suffered a couple of impression marks -see photo

@VeryHelpers Thanks Paul. Basically i placed an order for various items which totalled approx £104 and received £50 cash back. However i had to return two items which were both faulty (solar lights) due to missing parts. As a result of the refund of £23.98 the £50 cashback was withdrawn.
