Hi, I’m Raymond Nicholas
Currently building smooth, scalable backends using Node.js backend is my happy place.
I enjoy crafting clean APIs and solving real problems, even coding straight from my phone with Termux + Neovim.
Check out my projects & let’s connect!

If you build open-source tools, write technical tutorials, produce podcasts, make YouTube videos or contents or create meaningful things from Nigeria or Ghana, you have almost certainly tried setting up a Buy Me a Coffee, Patreon, or Ko-fi link. 🧵
CrydenSync won't even start without a JWT secret. Why so strict?
Because "start with an insecure default and hope someone remembers to change it" is exactly how v1 shipped with a hardcoded fallback secret. An error at startup beats a silent vulnerability at runtime. Every time
CrydenSync isn't one thing it's four, and you pick the layer that fits your stack:
· cryden: the Go engine itself, if you're writing Go
· api: HTTP wrapper, for any other language
· sdk-js: JS/TS client on top of api
· csax: CLI for managing a live deployment
Starting something new here: a few times a week, we'll unpack one real decision behind CrydenSync the why, not just the what. Some will be design choices. Some will be actual bugs we found and fixed. All real, straight from the codebase.
