If you need a bit of a lift, this is well worth a listen ❤️ Also reminded me how much I love M83’s Outro. What a song 🎶

Mulling over Grace Tame’s conversation at #BWF23 last night. Her story is powerful and raw and visceral. How can we better believe & protect children? So much more to do.

Read this quickly but will return to again & again. Shaw answers difficult questions about our origin story, relationship to nature and how we honour original longings. The power and importance of myth for deep healing & transformation. Remarkable and provocative reading 🐉

Got a lot from this recent work from the modern meditation master. An accessible guide to ‘waking up’ and the life-changing path to a quiet mind. A fascinating subject, masterfully tackled. @DeepakChopra

This is a big-hearted and meticulously researched noveI; I could not put it down!
Horse covers events leading up to the American Civil War via story of champion thoroughbred Lexington, & African American trainers hidden in the margins of history. Brilliant read 🐎 @HachetteAus
