If it weren’t for the sincerity and the immense support you’ve given me… even though it feels like some things have been missed out, all of it stays in my heart.

This is exactly why many fans have been asking for action instead of statements.

Discussions about finding connections, tracking locations, and obtaining private information were already circulating as early as last year in the so-called "103 group."

This is not a new issue.
When conversations about stalking and tracking an artist have existed for such a long time, artist safety should have been taken seriously much earlier.

2: Original speed video - as soon as that person sees Ling walk away, he turn around and leave immediately.

They are neither fans nor SS; there are two possibilities.
One is that they have been hired to follow the artist to film their daily life as a job, or to stalk and harass them.
The other is that they are there to film and sell the footage as part of an organised operation.

And as far as I know, this person also followed Ling's car in Thailand.l since last year.

Regardless of which it is, these are dangerous individuals who lack basic moral standards. Ch3 can u do something to protect your artist.

ในช่วงที่ผ่านมา เรายังคงพบพฤติกรรมติดตามศิลปิน หลิงหลิง คอง ทั้งในงานสาธารณะและช่วงเวลาส่วนตัว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการตามขึ้นเครื่องบิน การสะกดรอยตาม การแอบถ่ายภาพ/วีดีโอ รวมถึงการเผยแพร่กำหนดการที่ไม่ได้เปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะ

การกระทำเหล่านี้ส่งผลกระทบต่อความเป็นส่วนตัว ความปลอดภัย และการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันของศิลปิน รวมถึงสร้างความเดือดร้อนต่อทีมงานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างร้ายแรง

เราขอคัดค้านและไม่สนับสนุนพฤติกรรมดังต่อไปนี้

❌ การว่าจ้างหรือจัดทีมเพื่อติดตามศิลปิน
❌ การสะกดรอย ขับรถตาม หรือแอบถ่ายกิจกรรมส่วนตัวของศิลปิน
❌ การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น กำหนดการที่ไม่เปิดเผย โรงแรม เที่ยวบิน หรือข้อมูลการเดินทาง
❌ การกระทำใด ๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อความปลอดภัยและการทำงานของศิลปิน

เราเชื่อว่าการสนับสนุนศิลปินควรอยู่บนพื้นฐานของความเคารพต่อสิทธิส่วนบุคคลและความปลอดภัยของพวกเขา การละเมิดขอบเขตเหล่านี้ไม่ควรถูกมองเป็นเรื่องปกติ และอาจเข้าข่ายการกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย

นอกจากนี้ เราขอเรียกร้องให้ @Ch3Thailand_33 ให้ความสำคัญกับปัญหาดังกล่าวและดำเนินมาตรการปกป้องศิลปินอย่างจริงจัง อาทิ

• เพิ่มมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในงานและการเดินทางของศิลปิน
• ป้องกันการรั่วไหลของข้อมูลสำคัญ เช่น โรงแรม เที่ยวบิน และยานพาหนะ
• จัดทำมาตรการระยะยาวเพื่อปกป้องความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัยของศิลปิน

ความปลอดภัยและความเป็นส่วนตัวไม่ควรเป็นสิ่งที่ศิลปินต้องสูญเสียเพื่อแลกกับการทำงานในวงการบันเทิง

เราหวังว่าจะได้เห็นการดำเนินการที่เป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยและเหมาะสมสำหรับศิลปินและทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
