This girl, Chizoba, just graduated from Mechatronics at Nile University with a CGPA of 4.96.

As Medical Doctors, I expected proper diagnosis of the issues you all face and properly allocating blame where necessary.

Most of the challenges and grouse that Medical Doctors have with HMO is not directly the Patient's fault in anyway, It is with the HMO companies, the Hospital, The Government, but some amongst them have been transferring aggression unnecessarily to the Patient. This is sad.

As a Medical Doctors, if you're overworked and underpaid, it's NOT the Patient fault or the Patient frequent visitation.

If the amount charged for HMO by the hospital is discounted or not enough to cover hospital operations, its NOT the Patient fault.

Some Doctors are employees with fixed salaries that doesn't care about the volume of Patient because it is not tied to their pay. It is the hospital's owner headache.

The remedy of your frustration mostly lies in negotiating rate/fee with the HMO provider, increasing salary from your employer/government and/or stop accepting HMO that adds no value to the hospital, NOT blaming Patient for what you think is unnecessary.

The challenges are well acknowledged, but the blame is misdirected. You should know better.
