During Sir Keir Starmer's final trip as PM to Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded Starmer the Order of Freedom honour, which is the highest award for a foreign person in Ukraine.

It comes as Starmer pledges €300m to fund fighter jets.
