Kim: I couldn’t remember a thing (drunk). It wasn’t until I watched the videos later that I saw LISA had signed my back and then even gave it a little kiss. I literally screamed! I was like, “How do I not remember this at all?” She was so incredibly sweet. When I woke up, all I remembered was that my stomach and back were covered in signatures.

“It was everyone’s first time meeting LISA in person, so they were all taking photos with her. I felt too shy to ask for one myself, so unlike everyone else, I didn’t get a photo with her.”

According to The Sun, #LISA reportedly earned an estimated £9 million during the 2026 FIFA World Cup through performances and high-value brand endorsements.
The outlet added that the tournament introduced LISA to mainstream sports audiences, further expanding her global reach and increasing her value to international brands:
“The World Cup amplifies Lisa’s already enormous global appeal and introduces her to mainstream sports audiences, increasing her value to international brands.”
Forbes — Documentary About #LISA, ‘Always Lalisa,’ To Premiere At Toronto International Film Festival
In 2026, LISA is set to star as the lead of a Notting Hill-esque romantic comedy this year, have a concert residency (“Viva La Lisa”) at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Nov. 13-14 and Nov. 27-28, and perform her collaborative song for the World Cup opening show, “Goals” (with Brazilian singer Anitta and Nigerian singer Rema).
Now, LISA will have another first – her first solo documentary, Always Lalisa, set to premiere at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Directed by Sue Kim (Apple TV+’s The Last of the Sea Women), the 97-minute film chronicles LISA’s year as she steps away from BLACKPINK to focus on her solo career – acting, music, and more. It also gives a view of her life outside the spotlight. Produced by Sony Music Vision, Always Lalisa will be part of the gala program this year.
According to the film’s description, the documentary will follow LISA post-YG contract – creating LLOUD – and “steps away from BLACKPINK for a year of independence. With the clock ticking before her return to the group, LISA confronts the fear and pressure of launching a solo career, pursuing acting, and building a brand, while yearning to maintain a personal life beyond the spotlight.”
What is expected in ALWAYS LALISA documentary, according to Billboard:
• A year of independence away from BLACKPINK for the first time since childhood.
• Launching her own company and building her own brand.
• Confronting fear and pressure.
• Pursuing acting.
• The ALTER EGO era.
• 2025 Coachella to the world and more.
• The unseen side of LISA.
• Maintaining a personal life beyond the spotlight.

- I have to talk about this, #LISA At Nadech and Yaya’s wedding, I had the chance to attend, and there was this moment when three women walked by. I recognized their faces, but I still couldn’t believe it. I turned to my friend and whispered, ‘Wait… is that really her?’ (lisa)
What I really want to say is this, I completely understood why Lisa is so famous, so successful, and so loved by everyone.
She came to the wedding simply as a friend there to celebrate the couple (wedding). She was so approachable and friendly, there wasn’t even the slightest sense of formality or distance, even though she’s a global superstar. You know what I mean? And she was standing right there… really, really close.
The thing I felt most was how HUMBLE she is. Just to be clear, I didn’t go up to talk to her or ask for a photo because i felt it was her personal space. I was already happy just admiring her from nearby. She was warm with everyone, chatting with people, greeting everyone. She was just like a sweet, polite Thai. 💛
