Armed with the latest laptop, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an Aadhaar-verified IRCTC account, I logged in at 9:55 AM today to book a Tatkal 2A ticket on Train 12417.

At exactly 10:00 AM, I clicked “Book Now.”
IRCTC responded: “Booking has yet not started” & 24 Seats available.
I kept trying every 30 seconds — 10:01, 10:02, 10:03… all the way till 10:10 AM - Same message, No booking.

Then suddenly at 10:11 AM, the system woke up, and the availability showed WL-3.
Remarkable efficiency.
The booking window “had not started”, yet tickets were already gone.
😂🤣
If this is digital empowerment, it’s truly next level. Congratulations on building a system where time, preparation, and rules seem irrelevant, but waitlists appear with perfect punctuality.
