@AppleSupport has let me down! I have an iPhone that has been recalled and am struggling for them to replace it! Each time I call, I am told a different story. Today the rep hung up on me and I haven’t heard back. Is this how you treat your customers during a pandemic?

We had a service call this afternoon to fix our internet & phone service and the technician didn’t come to the door!! Now we have to wait another two days for someone to come out! It will be almost a week without Internet! Worst customer service from @Ask_Spectrum !!
