Not sure who’s more excited about @PackMensBball pulling off another big win tonight. The team or the lady behind @JayBilas. @espn might as well go ahead and give her the mic. #auntchristy
@WPS4Life@RazorbackBSB Looks like you got in! Not a bad one for your niece’s first game. I have a student of mine here in Omaha going tonight. Very jealous.
@Larry_Bowls Looking good, Larry. I have to know…what is your secret for maintaining such a fit appearance year after year? You don’t look like you’ve added a pound.
@SeauxTrash @NoEscalators That’s awful and I’m really sorry to hear about your pain but I appreciate you sharing. We’ve all got struggles, each unique, but we’re also not alone. Helpful to actually hear other views and not just yell at each other. Keep talking and listening, right?
@SeauxTrash @NoEscalators Ultimately, I think this man and my friend probably shared much of the same grief. They both lost a child they were excited about. Just through different means. I can absolutely appreciate that.
@SeauxTrash @NoEscalators You are right. Probably no way to avoid judgement here. I just felt compelled to engage with a different viewpoint since he had shared his publicly as well. I realize that the opposite viewpoint to an emotional post may be upsetting to many including him but why can’t we engage?
@SeauxTrash @NoEscalators You’re also right that I was sharing a friend’s story, not my own. But I would caution that I most certainly walked alongside them and felt a great deal of their pain. That’s the beauty of the power of close relationships.
@NoEscalators I’m sorry for the pain you and your wife endured. Even if the choice was a no brainer, I doubt it was easy. And the loss must have been real, no matter. Thanks for sharing your story of the loss and keeping the discussion going.
@NoEscalators No judgement intended here. Just sharing my friend’s story to know that there are others who make a different choice and celebrate it to. They found out their little one would be lucky to make it to term and would never survive if he did.
@NoEscalators There were potential complications but they chose to press forward anyway. He made it almost to term and she gave birth. He lasted about 6 hrs and they had the privilege of spending 6 hrs with their child. They held him his entire life.
@WPS4Life I saw it and completely agree. Btw, we just moved to Omaha. I was there all day on Monday and signed up to volunteer for the finals game 2 on Sunday. I got free volunteer tickets for this afternoon. I don’t want to bring the same mojo as Mon, but I have to go, right?
@mcjunk92@DannyWest247@KMac_DT I'm pretty sure his momma would have been at least a 2 star DL if she had wanted to try it. You did not mess with her. He's got tough blood.
