@ryanlightbourn@higginswerx thanks ryan! my own pipeline, nothing off the shelf did it. it finds which frames are broken and how (dupes / rushed / glitch overlays), rebuilds only those from clean neighbors. rebuild is standard tech, the diagnosis is the build. dm me a clip if you want it run on yours.
I've built this pipeline around client work.
If you're putting AI footage somewhere that matters and motion is the problem, DM me.
Some shots are genuinely not fully fixable though, worth keeping in mind.
Send a shot, I'll return a few fixed seconds so you can judge.
Seedance 2 clips look amazing until it comes to motion.
Duplicate frames, skipped motion, diamond rgb patterns, it's horrendous. If you know, you know.
Can't possibly show this to a client or put it on a screen without fixing.
🧵
And the diamond rgb pattern up close. It hides mostly in the color channels, near invisible at phone size, very visible on a cinema screen or the moment a colorist touches saturation. I've pushed saturation here so you can see what's actually sitting on the image.
@higginswerx@ryanlightbourn been fighting the same thing from the client finishing side, got sick of doing this by hand, managed to find a way to reliably fix shots. still takes some hand work but results are good.
@higginswerx@ryanlightbourn Right but how does it handle clips that have stutters on different parts? Not all clips are 16fps/12fps across the whole clip. Some parts are 24 other parts aren’t.
@ryanlightbourn I’ve been fixing duplicate frames for too long and this looks better. If there’s duplicates here and there it’s already better and I won’t complain. It’s duplicates but there’s also the frame skips.
Gossip Goblin is arguably the best AI filmmaker in the world.
His new film THE PATCHWRIGHT is a masterpiece (10M+ views).
But nobody knows how he actually makes these.
Until now.
He let me share every step of the workflow with you 🧵👇
