@UncoveredMLB Agreed that a salary floor is also necessary. Owners want that two. But out of the last 30 WS winners, 20 were Top 10 in payroll and 15 were Top 5. Only THREE teams in the bottom HALF of payrolls won. Historic baseball franchises are no longer competitive. Changes needed
